VidRip ("the Service") lets you convert publicly available YouTube videos into MP4 video files at various resolutions, or MP3 audio files, for personal use. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

2. Acceptable use

By using the Service you agree that you will only download content that:

• You own or created yourself,
• Is in the public domain or under a license (e.g. Creative Commons) that permits downloading, or
• You have explicit permission from the rights holder to download.

Downloading copyrighted material without permission may violate copyright law and YouTube's Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded files.

3. Prohibited behavior

• Using the Service for any commercial redistribution of downloaded content.
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Automated scraping or bulk downloading that abuses the Service's fair-use capacity.

4. Intellectual property

VidRip does not host, store, or claim ownership of any video or audio content. All content remains the property of its respective owners. The Service merely provides a technical conversion tool.

5. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. Download availability depends on third-party platforms and may change or stop working at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidRip and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including any copyright claims resulting from content you download.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
